At TheraPets, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. Exchanges can only be made for similarly priced items.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at TheraPets@comcast.net and provide your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Donations

Donations made to TheraPets are non-refundable. We appreciate your support in helping us make a difference!

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at TheraPets@comcast.net so we can make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is in original, unused condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
